Our spectacular clubhouse serves as the perfect hub for social events at WellVill. Constructed with individuals or groups in mind, the WellVill clubhouse boasts a fitness center, high-tech conference or party room, mail center and two guest suites (nominal fee) to accomodate your occasional visitors.

Our state-of-the art indoor-outdoor pool is available to all residents with ample deck space for lounging and working on your tan. Wireless Internet access is available if you need to finish up some work by the pool before happy hour begins.

The WellVill clubhouse is staffed by a friendly and knowledgeable on-site manager who is there to maintain the facilaty and help with any questions you may have. Reservations may be made to reserve portions of the clubhouse for your special events.

• Reserve a third bedroom-Our clubhouse suites are available for a nominal fee to accommodate your in-laws and out of town guests.
• Our indoor-outdoor year-round pool is piece of Beaver Creek in your back yard! Avoid health club dues in the fitness center with high quality workout equipment, sauna, and hot tubs.
• Business meetings or birthday parties- Reserve the conference/party room or the entire clubhouse facility. In Greeley we have done weddings, birthdays, bridal/baby showers, barbeques,  or however you choose to enjoy your Million Dollar clubhouse (A nominal maintenance fee is charged by the Association for larger parties).
• Association Concerns? Contact your on-site live-in manager for immediate input.
• Ask your Ownership Representative for a free clubhouse pass to test drive the WestFork Village Clubhouse at 5775 W. 29th Street in Greeley.

The Wellington Village Clubhouse has been designed to improve upon the clubhouse at West Fork Village (images above).  Below is a current image (9/2006) of the WellVill Clubhouse under construction.  It is scheduled to be ready to enjoy near Thanksgiving of this year!
